I have been asked to edit a short film thay will be shot with two cameras.. “low budget short film” the sony z1 and the jvc hd110..
    I have a simple question…
having the footage in the same timeline will be like mixing oil and water? Does the footage shot with the z1 1080i and carl zeiss lenses impossible to match to the one done with the jvc…..
I have to ask another question though….
I have a short ready to be exported to dvd , I tried in various ways to retain the ‘look” expecially dark! it looks gr8 on my mac, but unfortunately it goes away by the time it reaches the dvd……
FCP 5.1.4 ,Power Mac G5 QUAD, also I have next to me FCS 2 ready to install , but I rather close this project before experimenting with color…
    Thank you in advance
