  Sony XD Cam Transfer Tool not showing Previews or thumbnails.

  I just installed the Sony XD Cam Transfer Tool on a new system that we just set up and it is not showing the Previews or thumbnails.

  

  When I look at the same cards on another system the thumbnails show up fine.

  I compared settings on the 2 systems and everything seems to be the same.

  Any ideas as to why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.
