Sony vegas .wmv rendering (Weird issue)
I’ve got an issue rendering as “.wmv”.
Now the problem is that it’s rendering about 20-30 frames in less then a second but then it stops for 1-3 seconds and does another 20-30 frames and it keeps on doing that until it’s done and can sometime cause small lagspikes in the video.

I’ve noticed that as well (for the last several versions of Vegas Pro).
It’s never caused any problems in the final render though. -
Do you know which version that doesn’t have that?

I have no idea Alex. As I said, it’s been doing it for as long as I can remember.

This happens in Movie Studio 9 and 10 too. As far as I know, it’s just the way the render/encode process runs. This does NOT affect the actual video file, which plays fine.
