    Sony Vegas Stuttering Text

    I have made a video of some text in After Effects. I watch it and it is fine but when I put it into Sony Vegas and render it out, the text seems to wobble up and down.
    Is there format I could render it to, to stop this jittering effect on the text?

    Whats the format rendered out from After Effects and
    also the format you render from Vegas when you see this jittering?

    .avi from After Effects and almost every format from Sony Vegas, but I mostly just use .WMA
