Sony Vegas Scripting
Hey all,
A bit of an odd question.
In order to make custom texts in Sony Vegas, I manually generate the XML files in the Generator folder. This works fine once the script has been run once and Sony Vegas is restarted, but if Sony Vegas isn’t restarted then it shows “Sample Text” instead, as the presets aren’t loaded in Vegas yet.
Is there any way to force a reload of the presets so that I can create the XML files first, then reload the presets second, so that I don’t have to restart Vegas for them to be picked up.

You should use the new “Titles and Text” OFX generator and you can adjust the text direct from your script.
