Sony Vegas Render Movie Error
I have just finished a movie about 3 minutes and 30 seconds long. When I try to save the finished movie to my hard drive by pressing the Make Movie button, it works fine at first until it gets up to about the 50th frame and says that an error has occurred and that I may be able to reduce memory usage by closing other programs. At that time I only had Sony Vegas on, and I wasn’t even connected to the internet. I keep trying but the program always stops rendering the movie. Can anyone help me?

Look for a program that is trying to grab hold of the new file – perhaps Nero or a utility like Diskeeper trying to defrag the file right off the bat. – run – ‘msconfig’ will tell you what programs are autostarted – the culprit will be in that bunch. ‘Probably’…:-)
