Activity Forums VEGAS Pro Sony Vegas problem with previewing a mp4 video.

    I don’t think the render settings would affect my video in any case.

    According to your media Properties screenshot, your source is 100 fps, not 300 fps, in which case, your render settings would be very important. Getting from 100fps to 60 fps will be problematic regardless. Have you tried changing your project properties to 50 fps, the PAL standard. In that case, it would be much easier for Vegas to do the conversion from 100 to 50, especially by disabling resampling which would just drop every other frame. Again, you can always upload the video for others to have a look if need be.

    Would it caused by the video codec contained with your MP4 videos. What you need is to directly find a proper codec that Vegas can handle or convert MP4 to Sony Vegas compatible video codec.
