    Sony Vegas Pro Problem

    I have clips that when I play them on Windows Media Player, or any other program like that, they are fine. However, when I import them into Vegas, they become pixely throughout. This is apparent on the rendering preview screen and the track itself.

    I’ve attached a picture of it.

    Divx (and xvid) are not editing formats, they are delivery formats. Try converting them to something else.

    Capture your video at a high bitrate (>6 Mbps) MP4 or MP2. You will have more success with that. How are you capturing this?

    I would use AviDemux 2.5 to convert the files to M-JPEG video with PCM audio.
