Sony Vegas Pro 9 not importing any files
No matter what the file or codec, Vegas won’t import it. Must be a glitch in the program, is there a way to fix this or will I have to reinstall the program.

So you can’t drag and MP3, MP4, WMV, WAV, or other associated files to your timeline?

No, they won’t import at all. It says, “FILE NAME.wmv.mp4/avi/mpeg cannot be opened.
