Sony Vegas Pro 12/13
Hello Guys,
I tried to open Sony Vegas Pro 12
And he stuck me about this announcement (it is the same with 12)
I waited a long time for more than half an hour and still the same, I closed the Task Manager software, I could not.
So I deleted it from my computer and installed it again (did it twice), so I decided to download Sony Vegas Pro 13
And the same problem.
I think it is related to some driver But a few months ago it worked for me, it’s never happened to me, a long time I did not touch the software, can be changed something
help me!!(sorry if i have bad english)

If ASIO4ALL is really the problem, you can investigate or uninstall it.
The usual reason for installing it is to get ASIO functionality for an audio device that does not have its own ASIO driver. If that is your case, at least make sure asio4all has been configured completely to match up with your sound card. Otherwise, uninstall it.
Vegas does not need any ASIO driver.

It looks like it’s missing or having problems with a sound card driver. Have you ever installed asio4all? If not, it may have been installed by the manufacturer. My system has several ASIOs of various flavors which were installed with the mother board. If you cannot find it, you may need to restore the system from a backup.

And how I uninstal it?

No i can’t do it it does not work

Can you see it in the control panel “Programs and Features”?

I have asio4all and Vegas 12 and 13 start fine. I would uninstall it and install the newest version if you need it. asio4all is an audio driver that allows low end sound cards to record with a lower latency. Higher end audio capture devices come with their own drivers that do the same thing. To uninstall, the easiest way is to open windows explorer, on your C drive, click Program Files (x86), then the folder called ASIO4ALL, inside there is an uninstall icon. Double click it and follow instructions. Hope this helps, Danny

Bob’s right, but Try opening “Uninstall a program” by clicking the start button, type uninstall, and you can see it pop up. If it doesn’t show up there or does but doesn’t work, Before you do a restore, try disabling it by typing msconfg in the same place you typed uninstall a program. Click on the startup tab, and see if you find it. If you do, uncheck it and reboot your computer. If not, then a restore of some type may be needed.

Look I think I do it at last week but I don’t think that really uninstall cuz I do it from the uninstall asio4all folder and Sony Vegas same difference
