Try pressing Ctrl + Shift while double clicking on the Vegas icon to launch
    it.

    I have already tried that.

Ok, uninstall everything Vegas and delete all its folders, including these
    C:\Users\YourComputerName\AppData\Roaming\Sony\Vegas Pro” . Then download
and install the last build of Vegas 12 and see.
It would be even better if you are capable of deleting all of
    Vegas in the registry also.
Can you disable GPU etc in that video card settings?

Thanks for the help but still no success. I installed demo of SV 13 and the same thing happens.

I tried running as administrator, installed vegas on ssd, installed vegas on hdd, disabled video card. It also gives me option to run using video card or integrated graphics which doesn’t help either.

That’s a serious Gaming laptop. What type of display adapter settings does it have? I’m thinking it may have a setting that Vegas doesn’t support. I would experiment with different settings other than resolution. Also did you install anything on it before Vegas 12?

Well then Vegas is having a conflict with your display adapter/driver or some setting pertaining to your card!
