Sony Vegas Pro 10 – Interlace Lines on Uncompressed avi render
I’m using Vegas Pro 10 – and every time I render uncompressed avi, I get these interlace lines (or at least that’s what I think they look like). Here’s a snapshot of what I mean: https://i.imgur.com/Dmo7H.jpg

What are the properties of the actual video? How was it acquired? I’ve never seen interlaced 1280×720 video before. Shouldn’t it all be progressive?

Try changing lower field to progressive

Changing field order to progressive fixed it! And to answer your question John, it is an M2TS file obtained from a Hauppauge HD PVR.
