Two queries:
1. What causes events on the timeline to suddenly turn pink?
2. When transferring media clips to the timeline, sometimes the video and audio files are linked and move together on the timeline, other times they seem to move separately. How can I keep them in sync together? -

Don’t ungroup them and/or don’t turn on “Ignore Event Grouping”.
