Sony Vegas freezing and not saving
Hi,
I was working on a project and my SV suddently froze. It happens, I saved some time before so I wasn’t worried.
Then I found out that SV just recorded a backup I did 4 hours before.
I was desperate. I tried opening the bek file, I tried to find autosaves in the Sony Vegas folder (found nothing). Is there any other way to take my footage back? -

If autosave is turned on, the application will check for updates in the project every 5 minutes and if needed, save a copy of the project to an “AppData” directory. Some major background processes will keep the autosave check from occurring (such as a render).
