  Sony vegas capturing???

  Hi I am capturing some footage from a sony H1 camera. I have chosen hdv settings in my sequence- the same as what I shot on! On my capture screen in vegas I can see some slight jittery lines every now and again, but I CANT see them on the cameras LCD screen!Will the footage be clear when its finished the capture? Is anyone else savvy with this glitch?
