Sony Vegas 8. *Issue with Layering*
Posted by Becki Groves on August 21, 2008 at 5:54 pmHey Guys,
I’ve just started working on my film project when i tried to layer two clips, but it seems that the rest of the clips are black except the two layered on top of each other.
Anyone know where im going wrong?
Thanks!Becki Groves replied 17 years, 9 months ago 3 Members · 5 Replies -

August 21, 2008 at 9:39 pmNot quite sure what you are talking about. How hahve you ‘layered’ your two that are visible? I assume that one is one track one and one is on track two and you have reduced the opacity of the track one. Now where are the ‘others that are black”?

August 22, 2008 at 11:55 amSorry Yes, My Clips are each placed on their own track.
1 – Video Overlay
2 – VideoMy other clips are arranged on the 2. Video Track.
Yes, you are also correct i lowered the opacity of the second clip to be seen over the first clip. but the rest of my work are placed on the same video track that my first clip is on.Thanks for the speedy response!
