Sony Vegas 13 – Hauppauge HD PVR 2 Recording And Editing W/ Sony Vegas Problem
Hello, this is my first post here, so I am not ENTIRELY sure what to post specifically, but I can try to explain my problem. My recording program that came with my HD PVR 2 always messes up when I try to edit with Sony Vegas. It sometimes speeds my video up completely, and other times it slows it down. I have everything updated to the latest drivers and am using the most up to date version of Hauppauge Capture. To get a better feel of what I am saying, here’s a video explaining it WAY better than how I can tell you.

I’ve not used Hauppauge in a long time. Have you tried some of the previous work arounds? As seen below?

That video is 2 years old, and the program has been updated since then and now there isn’t a way to change the video to .m2ts, .ts, and .mp4. It is always in .ts.

Media content recorded by these devices are mostly NEVER geared
for editing. You will always have different and irregular issues
no matter which editing software or computer specs you use!
