Sony Vegas 12 and Windows 10?
I’m wondering if I should upgrade to Windows 10 from 7. Right now Vegas 12 runs like a charm on my Windows 7 but I’m thinking about building a new computer and still running the same version of Vegas. But of course I’ll update to Windows 10. Anything i should know?

How does it deal with bought-in or imported Plug Ins? Do they all transfer when you make the switch to Windows 10 and, if so, do they all work as they should? I ask because someone, somewhere, expressed doubts about this.

There’s a post in this forum about it changing a hard drive name which caused a problem. For me, I was mid-project in Vegas when Win 10 auto-updated and I couldn’t get my project to work. There was a work around but I opted to go back to Win 7 and finish my project instead.
