Sony Veags 8 Effect Issue
Hi there,
I posted about this before but couldn’t find my last post, apologies there.
I am filming on a Panasonic Full HD Video Cam, and have recently looked at this video below:

I love the effect and how dark around the edges this clip has resulted in looking like. This guys other videos also have the same outcome.
I was just wondering if you guys could suggest what I do to make it look similar. I have tried colour curves but to no avail, so where too next?

Ah, thank you very much for getting back to me about this.
So to achieve that effect – do I just increase the contrast with the ‘brightness and contrast filter’, and decrease the saturation, and increase the gain slightly with the ‘colour correction’ filter?

My suggestion is to go to Eugenia’s site and grab her Sony Vegas color grading presets.
It’s a set of 10 of them (including Bleach Bypass).
Full installation instructions are included. -
