sony v1u 24p and FCP???

Well… that seems to be the question of the moment. This all depends on the majority of your work. Do you work with HDV now? Are you capturing to HDV or DVCProHD?

You can capture and work completely in HDV, if you want. FCP 5.1.2 has the Easy Setup for HDV 1080p24. After this, everything else is easy.
