Sony PXW X70 Menu Question
I’m new to this camera but not to video settings…
Got a question regarding why some menu items are “greyed out”
even though I’m in Manual Mode?For example…I’m in Manual Mode and while scrolling through the menu to
adjust White Balance (which is a bit awkward to do it seems for this camera)… I see the WB SET to be “Greyed Out” …meaning I can’t access
this setting. If I’m in Manual Mode…shouldn’t I be able to access this
setting?Manual is a bit useless…but then again, most camera manuals are.
Any insight?

NEVERMIND… I had one of the WB settings selected which was 6500K. Once I “thumbwheeled” to a A or B setting… I entered the MENU and saw that the WB SET was “ACTIVE”. So if you have a pre-set selected using the Thumbwheel…this WB SET Menu feature won’t be accessible. Weird.
