  SONY PXW-X70 4K QFHD proxy files?

  Hi. What are the advantages, if any, of creating QFHD proxy files when filming VS in FCPX post-production?
  I use FCPX proxy files for my HD projects to lighten my imacs load and have just installed the 4K upgrade and I am intending on using QFHD proxies.

  Also, I am considering purchasing SONYs new MPEG upgrade. Is there any significant advantages in working with MPEG VS SONY XAVC/QFHD in FCPX ?
