    Hello,

Sony 350 ENG camera – The gain is set to 0, there are not ND filters on, the iris is fully open and yet it seems it is not very bright still. I have been using the camera for a while so i know for a fact that it should let more light in.

I can not figure out what has changed.

Can anyone shed any light (excuse the pun)

    Regards,

    Paul

Sometimes the filter wheel is in an intermediate position blocking light

check the shutter, it may be fixed at a slow speed, if not you can save a Scene file and reset the camera from the menu
