Sony PMW-EX1 Questions
Hi, On my Sony PMW-EX1 I am not able to get the I-Link Firewire option to highlight in the others menu so that I can enable it. If someone could enlighten me how how to do that it would be appreciated. Also when exporting SD from the camera which export outlets allow you to export SD.

Firewire works with SP mode only, not HQ.
You can downconvert and send out SDI as well as AV and Component outputs.
Go to Video Set menu and set YPbPr/SDI out to SD. Then set Down Converter for whatever you want it to do. This impacts SDI and Component out. If you’re using AV out you should set the former to OFF rather than SD.
