  Sony Monitor problem

  I have a client coming to my studio this evening and this morning when I was reviewing the project I noticed my crt monitor was zoomed in at a ridiculous level. It’s like double over scan. I’ve tried everything to get it back to normal. It’s a Sony Trinitron PVM-142M2U. I will gladly cop to being an idiot if I did something stupid but am under the gun. I can’t see the menu correctly so I am using an identical monitor to work my way through the settings to no avail. Any help would greatly appreciated.
