Sony M10U deck & FCP5.1.4 Incompatibility
Since I’ve cross-graded to FCP 5.1.4, I’ve been unable to access my Sony M10U deck. The Hardware Compatibility Guide says only 5.0 supports my deck. Does any know if Final Cut Studio 2 will correct this problem. I have contacted Apple and received no info.

I am running an M15 deck (later version of the M10) and it works OK.

You have whats known as the dreaded corrupted Quicktime!
