Hey Scott, Sorry if it sounded like I was correcting you. It was not my intent. In fact, your point is accurate that more and more laptops don’t have these vital features. I’ve been pretty happy with Lenovo. I’ve had a few of them and they are very well made and full of features videographers would need. The “W” series are more like portable “w”orkstations so they tend to pack a lot of desktop features at the cost of more weight and less batter life (but lots of needed muscle).

No worries, I did not take it that way. Just pointing out that at times technology moves faster than what our wallets do! So interesting that the consumer/pro lines are being so blurred these days….
