Sony Film Effects-Are black particles possible?
Hi all,
I’m using the Sony Film Effects plug-in (scratches, dust, hair). However, all of the flaws and particles appear only white in color. When I watch old movies, most of the flaws appear black. Does anyone know how to get black dust instead of white dust in Vegas Pro 8?

I quickly tried it:
Created my film effects on a black background > then used the INVERT plugin to make the background white and scratches/dust black, then used the CHROMA KEYER plugin to make the white transparent leaving only the black dust, scratches etcHowever i think using the jitter and flashing might be problematic but you can fiddle around with it.
