Where can i contact my failed upgrade from 1.03 to 1.1? Xdcam doesnt work anymore

Call the Sony XDCAM support desk….800-883-6817, then push 5, then 3..ask for Ian or Lou….but I really do think you will be shipping your EX-1 to them in New Jersey, as that’s where the service center is. Good Luck…
