sony dvd arch chapters?
Hello, I’m kinda new to all of this.. I created a non menu based video of my band and wanted to add chapters in sony dvd arch but it doesnt let me.. the option is greyed out.. my question is does it have be done in sony vegas before or does it have to be a menu based dvd in order to get the chapters.. I’d like to be able to hit the forward button on the dvd player and have it go to the next song , not the end of the dvd… thanks for your help

I believe you can add markers (M) in the DVDA timeline and they can be used as chapter markers to skip back and forth. I know it can be done, not exactly sure how as I am not in front of the program at the moment.

Just tried it – it works as stated. Instructions were under CHAPTER MARKERS in the help file.
