  Sony doesn’t export XML

  Hey guys, for a color grade I need to get a Sony Vegas 12 file into Resolve 12.5. This should be a two-click process, but Vegas will not create the XML file for some reason from Sony Vegas. It only creates the log file – no error message or indication anything is wrong, except this in the XML file: “Exception Message: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.” But that’s not an outright error message.

  I’ve read that deleting ‘sub-files’ might help, however I do not know what those are. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!
