Sony Catalyst Browser & Catalyst Prepare

I shoot with Sony’s FX-6. Sony is so kind to give us the Catalyst Duo inorder to watch our media. The Browser is free but Prepare cost $$$. I also got Prepare but it constantly crashes. Matter of fact they both crash on my Apple M1 Max / version 12.4 Monterey.

Anyone have such a problem with Sony’s Catalyst. Forget about getting an answer from support. Thank you. Am I doing something wrong inside my settings or ???
