  Something similar to AE’s Extract Effect?

  Hi guys

  I was wondering if Premiere Pro has a tool similar to the AE’s Extract Effect (under Keying).
  I watched this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yq4DTJH6VpM) and he says this tool is available in Premiere as well, but I don’t find it.

  If Premiere doesn’t have such a feature, do you know some plugin that would do that (creating transparency by keying out a specified brightness range)?
