  I thought I would pass this on to everyone so that it was public knowledge…

  DVCPRO HD Frame Rate Converter Plug-in
  The DVCPRO HD Frame Rate Converter plug-in is now available in the Extras folder of the Final Cut Studio 5.1 installation disc. This plug-in processes 720p60 DVCPRO HD footage shot with a variable frame rate.
  Installation instructions and documentation for the plug-in can be found in the same folder.

  Final Cut Pro 5.1 Project Format
  The Final Cut Pro 5.1 project format has been updated,
  so you cannot open Final Cut Pro 5.1 projects in previous versions of Final Cut Pro.
