    yea sorry.

Soundkeys, keyframes movement of an object, to a certian setting level on an EQ or VU meter.

Like if i had a 3d image of a speaker and wanted it to “bump” everytime the bass hit.

Rather than manually having to place each keyframe, the plug in would autokey frame anytime a certian criteria was met and the meters.

    Thanks

Hmm- not that I’m aware of- might be a third party plugin out there somewhere.

I don’t know of a plug-in like Sound Keys for Motion, but you could connect a simple Midi device and manually animate almost anything in you project from the midi device (tapping the keyboard when the bass drum hits to animate the jumping of an object in your project for example). Try it, its really very cool.

Hi, has there been any development in here? I am looking for a soundkey-similar plugin in FCP. A previous poster suggested Motion, but I haven’t been able to do it. Any hints, please?

FYI, I would like to animate properties of a video clip (such as scaling) according to audio properties (such as volume).

    Thanks.

Hello – the Audio parameter behavior will do exactly what you want – it’s almost exactly like soundkeys. Here’s a little movie about it:
