    1. Why “ripple delete” command is not alwas available? When i work on a complex project with multiple tracks i have to lock all the track but one to make a ripple edit after i select a clip or an empty space.

    2. I have a timeline with three clips, i want to delete clip two without use the mouse so: with keyboard shortcut i go to the cut between clip one and clip two, i set IN, go to next cut between clip two and clip three, i set OUT. I make Extract but: why the selection include the first frame of clip three? I want only cut clp two and not also the first frame of clip three! Everytime i must go back 1 frame before set OUT point! I think this a wrong behavior of the program.

    3. There is not keyboard shortcut to select the clip where the CTI is place?

    Thanks

Q.1 Just target the track that you intend to ripple delete a clip from. No need to lock the others.

Q.2 Select the clip you want to delete (with the mouse) and delete or ripple delete it ( Why set in and out points unless it is part of a clip you are talking about)

Q.3 I do not think there is keyboard shortcut to do this. How would it know what clip in the case of multitracks.

Ripple could be not available if you also don’t select the audio together when cutting. This is to avoid unsync remaining A/V tracks. So be sure you have unlock the A/V you want to cut and in the Timeline extreme left see if are darker too.
To delete the clip just select it and hit X (don’t remember if I customized my keybooard to do this)
    Hope this help you
