So here is my predicament. I made by project offline in Media Manager so I could recapture in HDV. However, as the clever guy I am when I went to copy my lo-res time line before making my project offline, I decided to click copy rather than do a “select all.” While doing so, I inadvertantly forgot a couple of clips on tracks i couldn’t see.

When I recaptured the project in HDV I noticed the gaps of clips left behind. now is there a way capture just these clips from their IN/OUT points with out capturing the entire clip. Everytime I try and recapture the clip, FCP wants to capture the whole thing.

Hope I am being clear… thanks guys!

Exactly what version of FCP is this? Have you updated to 5.0.4?

    All the best,

oh and “now is there a way capture just these clips from their IN/OUT points with out capturing the entire clip.” should be a question.
