Solidworks to Cinema 4D
Whats the best way to export a solidworks file into Cinema 4D?
The company I work for uses solidworks to design underwater vacums
(prototyping on 3d printers)
and I have been put in charge of redoing their product videos.
I want to amp up the productions so I want to take the product files
out of solidworks and import them into 4D so my graphics guy can then
animate them. He’s a kick ass animator so that part is not a concern
I just want to be able to give him the files so he doesn’t have to start from scratch.
I’m not sure of the versions of both Solidworks or 4D
(but will find out monday)
According to both companies websites I can use
DXF, DWG, or VRML
What should I be looking out for to make this go smoothly
Thanx in Advance
