    Hello Everybody,

I have a solid with just one color in it. And i copied it so i have 2 solids and a use them to look like widescreen.
    The comp size is 1280 x 720

For some reasen the solid looks like a ramp, it is brighter on te top tan the bottom.
I dont know why tis suddenly is? It is wit differnt colors also.

I have opend a new AE (CS6) project and there is the same problem, also in AE CC 2015
It is not my monitor, because the client also sees it when i sent te render.
If i tint the solid and change color it still stays the same.

And the bright side is alway above in the comp.

Does anybody knows why this is, and how i can fix it?

    See attachment.

    Thanks in advance

In the first attachment, I see a single orange color.

What’s your text layer set to for transfer mode?

    thanks for reaction.

there is no transfer mode on the text, and i dont tink that is the issue.

Beacause, lik mentioned before, i opend a totally new project with only 1 solid in the comp, noting more.
That is the picure off the full orange

The apparent change in the orange solid is an optical illusion, caused by the gradient/shading in the white background.

    Thanks for all the replye’s

The info pan just shows the same color info numbers top and bottom!

Concerning the shading and optical illussion, if i chang it to whith without gradient it is still the same.
And if i change the BG color to black it is still the samen, and this is also with any other bg colors.

If i chang the color for the top and bottom layrs into antoher color beside organge, you stil see the
same different that the top is darker than the botom.

if i use the rectangle tool to mak e a new top and botom i still have the same color issue to.

    Thanks
