Wondering if anyone has found a good project management software for our industry? We would like something that could help us predict timelines, capacity, and be able to schedule without counting on our fingers to fill out excel sheets. With today’s data, and AI capabilities there has to be something out there that can handle the problem of, how long will this project take with the current workload and available resources. Also would be great if it could generate the schedule of what will deliver when for clients.

Thank you for your help, advice, and experience.

The app I was most impressed by used to be called studio 8. It’s a custom GUI on top of old reliable FileMaker pro. Used by Auntie beeb and Oprah. Another one I looked at was Xytech. That was full featured but expensive, like, Lamborghini show room expensive. Their email marketing was relentless.

    StudioBinder

It gives multiple, fully integrated and cloud-based film production management tools. As this is cloud and todo-based, the features run fast, with collaboration UI built into each tool. It also means no loading times, no installs, and no runtime updates.
