Not exactly sure what your issue is?
If you are referring to UI/UIX (user interface), then I agree, a good UI will NOT put very destructive functionality next to non-destructive functionality that is commonly used. Destructive UI elements should be separated so that a simple twitch of the mouse doesn’t wipe out all your data.
Unfortunately Apple’s UI’s are getting worse and worse over time (even more so on iOS devices) with zero intelligent visual guides to perform basic tasks … guess the interface … which can lead to disaster. It seems good UI/UIX resources are being cut out of larger companies resulting in really poor end user software experiences.
