  Software encoder that supports Matroshka (mkv) container

  Hi All,

  Am looking for a software encoder that can encode to MKV container and ffv1 codec. Specs are video: 4:2:2 YUV, 720×486, 4:3 aspect ratio, 29.97fps; audio 48Khz/24-bit PCM. This is all SD obviously.
