    I agree about the express card slot, but as soon as an express card reader to thunderbolt adapter becomes available, the need for an express card in the laptop kind of goes away. I’m surprised we haven’t heard more about more Thunderbolt adapters.

    By the way, my biggest complaint about the express card, is the lack of positive locking on it. With the DUEL P2 adapter, it could just slide right out, ended up taping the adapter to the computer. I hope Thunderbolt doesn’t suffer a similar flaw.

    Hmm might be some money in an aluminum bracket that locks the Thunderbolt cable to the computer.

    Yep, that would certainly be my guess. Down the line, TB native, but in the interim TB adaptors.
