    Hi,
My hard drive recently crashed. I got a new hard drive and have been reinstalling all of my software. I bought a single Snow Leopard upgrade rather than the family pack, so when I went to reinstall it it says there is no software to install. I’m putting it on the same computer I had it on before. Is there anyway around this? Do I really have to buy a whole new upgrade DVD to get my computer back up and running?
    Thanks for any advice,
    Gayle

I’m not really clear on what you’ve done.

You said you’ve been installing all your software, but then you said you can’t get the OS to install? One part of that story can’t be correct.

Can you explain the steps you’ve done since you put in the new hard drive in more detail?

You need to look at the installer’s options for erasing the drive first.

    Cheers
