Sniper sight composite.
In relation to my previous query,
If I managed to get a scope image, then how would I engineer it so that the footage comes through, would I have to cut around the reticule or just cut into the middle of it and let the footage layer come through, then I lose the crosshair……me and my stupid ideas.thanks

If the inside of the scope is white and the crosshair is dark, you can e.g. use the Sony mask generator (set to luminance), if nessessary combined with a mask from the event pan/crop tool. It will depend a bit on how the image looks. I can imagine several possibilities.
