Smudge Effect for After effects
Hello guys,
I have problem finding the right solution to create this type of effect in after effects
It’s looks like smudge tool in photoshop but i couldn’t find the similar tool inside after effects.

you may want to try playing with Liquify to create the smudges

It’s looks like “chalk” but i tried Liquify and mesh wrap, doesn’t looks the same.
