    Hi,

This is a followup on a previous thread where I was encountering glitches when I added Smoothcam to a clip. Now it appears that the text files in a scene where Smoothcam was applied have changed fonts without my intention.

The font is supposed to be Helvetica Neue, but since Smoothcam was added to the scene, the font has changed (1st image, right screen). Has anyone ever experienced this glitch? How can I fix it? Should I just copy and paste to a new sequence? Any help much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Alexander

Is there a reason that smoothcam is being applied to the text?

That’s what baffles me, smoothcam was applied to other clips in my browser without me adding it. I only added it to one clip on the timeline that was totally separate from the clips it was applied to. I’m wondering whether since my project is old, very complicated, went through FCP 5 to 6, and is nested whether smoothcam started going crazy and going on clips where it shouldn’t have.

Yes I would think the project being nested would have something to do with it.

Just export the clip alone as a self-contained, then re-import, edit in, and see if that fixes the problem.
