I’m trying to use this filter. Put my footage in the view window, drag the filter to the window, nothing happens and the filter doesn’t show up in the filter tab in the viewer. I do the same thing with other filters and the ones I’ve tried all seem to work.

Sounds like your doing everything right. Try applying the filter by selecting it through the Effects Menu. If that doesn’t work, maybe it’s time to Save and close the app. Restart the computer and go get some coffee.
