I remember reading that Adobe licensed the Foundry’s Kronos plug-in for doing slo-mo in AE7. Is this built into standard speed adjustments or is it a separate plug-in that needs to be added? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

In ae 7 pro you can use TIMEWARP, which actually does a damn good job if it isn’t a radical time change.
I’ve noticed it tends to speed up better than it slows down though…

You can use Timewarp as an effect, or just do a timestretch on the layer. ‘pixel motion’ (the Kronos process) is also incorporated into the timestretch / frameblending system in AE 7.
