    Hey,

I have a problem with a pan shot. Inside of Final Cut the pan looks quit okay but when I am exporting it it´s not really smooth. It stucks here and there. Is there a Final Cut plugin to smooth the movement of the pan? Or any other way ?

I would be very thankful for any help.

Which export command are you using and what are the settings you’re using? Also post the format of the source files and sequence settings.

If you are playing the export from your startup disk, this could be the reason it’s not smooth, because you’re dropping frames. Be sure to test it on your scratch disk, and not your startup disk.

Sometimes the frame rate of your video can beat with the frame rate of your computer display to produce less than desirable results. It can look great on a broadcast monitor, but funky in places when playing back on the computer.
